Yes, at least two mailers must be sent per campaign.
When will my mailers be sent out?
We process campaigns within one business day of submission and hand them off to carriers. To ensure your campaign is included in the next batch, please submit it by 9:30 AM. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days via Canada Post.
What’s the difference between manual and automated mailing?
- Manual Mailing: You upload a list and manage daily mail sends.
- Automated Mailing: We handle it for you—just set your filters and budget.
How do I set up an automated mailing campaign?
Go to Mailing > Set up Automated Mail, choose your filters and budget, and you're set.
How do I set up a manual mailing campaign?
- Download your CSV list from the portal (or use your own).
- Go to Mailing > Manual Mailing Upload List to upload it.
- Then go to Mailing > Send Mail Manually.
Can I filter listings?
Yes. Filter by Province, Zip Code, City, and Listing Price (Min/Max).
How far back can I view listings?
You can access listings from up to 30 days ago.
Can I add or remove listings from my subscription?
Yes! Submit a request using this form to add or remove specific counties.
Where can I see the listings I’m subscribed to?
Head to the Listings tab and click on Listings Data to view your subscribed areas.
How do I subscribe to listings in my area?
Navigate to Listings > Pricing/Get Started, select your locations, and proceed to checkout.
How do I view free sample data?
Go to Listings > Free Sample Data, select the province you'd like to explore. You’ll gain access to 5 free listings. To switch provinces, return to the Map View.
